All packages include 25 miles each way from 85743. Anything over that is charged $2/mile each way. 

Yes, a signed agreement plus a non-refundable deposit (Retainer) of 50% is required to reserve your event date.

Any remaining balance is due 30 days before the event date.

Yes! We carry a $2 million liquor liability and $2 Million general liability insurance policy.    All our Bartenders are also Title 4 & TIPS certified.

Trash cans and garbage removal are the hosts responsibility to provide.

Yes, we are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, lemonades, mocktails, and more!

• No, it isn’t. There are 2 options available to handle this. 
  • A Tip Jar/Sign to be placed at the bar with a tip min. 
  • Opt-in for “Hosted Gratuity” – eliminates tip jar and host pays 20% gratuity of the total cost of bar services.

• All parties up to 100 people will have 1 bartender.
• All parties over 100 people will have 2 bartenders. 

Whoever brings the supplies keeps the leftovers. Bar Service keeps their leftovers; guests/clients keep anything they supplied.

• Power preferred for all events (50-100ft power cord provided). 
  • If no power is available, a generator is available for an additional fee.
